A2. FALSE – Not every single patient will make a great candidate for Invisalign, and younger patients sometimes do better with traditional orthodontics. It all begins with a consultation so that we can figure out your specific and individual orthodontic needs. If your case of misalignment or malocclusion is best served by alignment trays, impressions and images of your mouth and teeth will be procured.
A3. FALSE – Once your measurements and impressions are recorded, they will be forwarded to a lab which fabricates the alignment trays. Each set of Invisalign trays is designed to meet individual needs. You will be advised to change to a fresh set of alignment trays every two weeks or so.
