Tip #1: Pack Healthy Snacks

  • Bring water as your drink of choice – it’s good for teeth and is hydrating
  • Pack veggie slices, which are healthy for smiles and health for your child – crunchy is always a winner
  • Carry along yogurt-in-a-tube or some variation for easy eating and a smile-healthy snack
  • Tote along cheese, which is high in calcium and good for teeth
