Who Is Amy At Work?
Amy is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been with our Oasis Family Dental in Temecula, CA practice since 2000. Over the years, she has been recognized for her outstanding work (garnering the Joann Taylor Professionalism Award, among others) and leaves a lasting impression on her patients. As she explains, she always felt comfortable visiting the dentist when she was younger and hoped to help others feel relaxed and at ease by joining the ranks as a dental professional.
Who Is Amy Away From Our Practice?
When she is not assisting patients with their oral health, Amy loves spending her time in nature and getting lost in literature. As much as she is passionate about photographing the great outdoors as she takes hikes or travels, she likes taking in some fresh air while she finds herself wrapped up in the pages of a great novel.
Why Amy Loves What She Does
She is amazed by the relationships that grow between herself and her patients. Having the opportunity to watch an individual’s life change (and to watch patients’ children go from youngsters to high schoolers) is something that makes her smile. She is aware she might not be able to convince you to floss every day but knowing she helps patients feel comfortable during a trip to the dentist lets her know she is accomplishing her goal!
