  • Carry a protective container (with air vents) to store the mouthguard between wearings.
  • Rinse and dry the mouthguard after each use. Some people brush them gently with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
  • Wash the mouthguard and container thoroughly, using soap and water, each week. Allow to air dry.
  • Check that the mouthguard is packed in your child’s gym bag before games and activities.
