Answer: Each day, you will need to wear a set of aligners for between 20 and 23 hours. About every two weeks, you will upgrade to a new set as your teeth are gradually and gently repositioned. If you want to see the optimal results in the time frame you discussed with the dentist, then you need to wear them as prescribed.

Question: How long will I need to wear them?
