Other times, it’s a problem that becomes consistent enough to interrupt the speedy success of treatment. To make sure you don’t experience this pitfall, we’re happy to share suggestions for you!

Set A Reminder

Set a phone reminder for yourself if you discover that even when you’re on a routine, you tend to forget to place your Invisalign treatment trays back in your mouth! It will help you so much and is easy to do.

Only Take Them Out When Necessary

Feeling a bit free with your 2 to 4 hours of time you’re allowed to remove your Invisalign treatment trays from your smile? Be careful not to overindulge. When you remove them randomly, you run the risk of either forgetting you’ve taken them out and/or of leaving the out for too much time on a daily basis. This can significantly disrupt the progress of your treatment!

Don’t Skip A Long Period

Maybe you have a long day ahead of you that is filled with social engagements and, as a result, you decide that you should probably just leave your Invisalign treatment trays out for just one day. Maybe you forget to put them in at night quite frequently. This will inevitably set your progress back. Commit to wearing them until treatment is through and you’ll be happy you did.
