Tip #1: Careful! It’s Hot!

If you know it’s hot, let it cool down. If it’s too warm to your fingers, it will be too warm for your tongue. Remind yourself that one bite of too-hot food can ruin the rest of your meal! It’s also helpful to add ice cubes to beverages if you just can’t stand waiting.

Tip #2: Cool Your Tongue Down Fast

Tip #3: Reach For Salt Or Sugar
