Step #3: Placing The Filling

Now that your cavity is cleaned and prepped, we will fill the small opening within your tooth. Using a synthetic acrylic-resin material called composite, we will fill the opening and sculpt the material to match your tooth’s natural contours, thereby preserving your bite. Composite is a material we can color-customize, so you will not be able to visually detect the dental filling once placed.
